- Consultancy advice, including strategic reviews of rural businesses
- Identify grant funding opportunities.
- Landlord & Tenant: lease negotiations, rent reviews, lease renewals, negotiated lease surrenders
- Draft annual budgets as appropriate to their clients.
- Set out work specifications, select and appoint contractors.
- Involvement in land use consultancy, diversification, and other specialist areas
- Delivery of management services for farms and estates

- Demonstrate a breadth of knowledge across the estate business sector (including new and emerging markets).

- Demonstrate an understanding of the wider Savills UK structure and the benefits it brings to clients.
