Key responsibilities include setting up and overseeing molding machines and auxiliary equipment, adjusting pressure, temperature, and cycle times, and optimizing the process for efficiency and quality. The operator also performs quality inspections, initiates corrective actions when necessary, and ensures the work area remains clean and safe.
Candidates must have a high‑school diploma or equivalent; prior machine‑operator experience is preferred. Required skills include the ability to lift up to 50 lb regularly, stand for long periods, follow written and verbal instructions, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, dependability, punctuality, and teamwork.
This full‑time, experienced‑level position is located in Burlington Township, New Jersey (ZIP 08016) and offers an hourly wage of $16.00 to $18.00. The role requires a high‑school education, involves day shifts with a 10‑hour schedule Monday through Thursday, and does not include travel.
