- Monitor and analyse information systems to evaluate performance and discover enhancement opportunities
- Establish frameworks ensuring robust processes for quality data collection, maintenance, and accessibility
- Manage and develop a team of data specialists to achieve organisational goals and data quality targets

- 3+ years' experience in a data governance or data management role
- Background in creating automated data quality and usage reporting
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience coordinating between multiple stakeholders to deliver successful change management
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage effectively across all business levels
- Demonstrated success in large-scale data migration projects
- Excellent understanding of data administration functions (collection, analysis, distribution)
- Experience working in real estate or professional services industries
- Experience with data querying and visualisation tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven ability to manage a team of data specialists to achieve set goals
- Demonstrable experience implementing and enhancing data governance processes
- Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of data architecture and database management principles
