Environmental Customer Success Manager

Description

• Execute the onboarding and implementation of customer data while ensuring milestones and timelines are achieved
• Leverage industry and Encamp product expertise to become a trusted advisor to customers
• Get together at in-person Encamp Summits to share our wins and build community
• Become part of the Encamp Fulfillment Engine, responsible for fulfilling reporting obligations on behalf of the customer
• Assist with customer enablement, including training, creating Help Center articles, and webinars
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Product) to complete customer goals and optimize the Encamp Fulfillment Engine
• Identify opportunities for account growth and provide support to Revenue to help close expansion opportunities

Requirements

• You have experience at a growth-stage startup
• Experience using technology to improve efficiency in work or in personal life
• Process-oriented thinker who embraces ambiguity, is dynamic, and works well under pressure
• Experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
• 4+ years experience in consulting or working on enterprise-level environmental programs
• Understand customer goals and outcomes and ensure success
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management skills to stay organized and meet deadlines
• You embrace change and can pivot quickly in changing environments
