Relevant technical qualifications with 12+ years’ experience and proven leadership in capture management, business development or technical delivery on major programs. Ideally within a Construction or Engineering environment.
Demonstrated track record of sales production, specifically the winning of major enterprise level pursuits.
Experience working with pursuit metrics, proposal development and commercial, legal and risk considerations.
Strong client engagement capabilities, including discovery, value proposition development and strategic relationship building.
Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
