This position requires the individual to oversee the daily administrative needs of the company’s construction projects, including document and file management and coordination of internal and external agencies as it relates to the management of an assigned project. It ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through professional project management and highly developed interpersonal skills. The role uses best practices and company procedures to ensure timely completion of projects in order to maximize profitability and must handle a fast‑paced environment with multiple competing tasks.
Develops contracts for all phases of a project to meet the company’s established completion date. Handles miscellaneous paperwork, printing, organizing, and tracking documents, and assists with department project organization and filing.
Coordinates with customers and Brady Sullivan employees to address change orders and issues. Establishes respectful working relationships with subordinates, vendors, and sub‑contractors, and maintains job files to track projects and retrieve historical data.
Makes most decisions with minimal supervision and effectively prioritizes tasks with limited management input. Maintains Certificates of Insurance and endorsements for each contract, monitoring expiration dates.
Brady Sullivan is seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Administrator. The Project Administrator will provide administrative and other support to the company’s construction Project Managers. The Project Administrator will work directly with the company’s Construction Project Managers.
Skills include strong organizational ability, excellent oral and written communication, attention to detail, and the capacity to work under pressure while juggling multiple projects against tight deadlines. The role requires strong customer service, a quality‑mindset, self‑motivation, a positive “can‑do” attitude, and the ability to represent the firm well to external parties. Punctuality and dependability are essential.
Education requires a high school diploma; industry‑standard licenses or certifications are a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.
