Assist with any projects as required by the WHM / Pick and Pack Shift Supervisor or WHM / Shipping Manager.
Ensure all Company property / equipment is used and maintained with due care and attention.
Observe and comply with the Company Quality Systems as detailed in the Quality Manual at all times.
Ensure incoming materials are processed in an efficient and timely manner.
Operate as a member of the Warehouse team in the Pick and Pack Warehouses.
Ensure that the operation and related tasks are conducted in a safe working manner and that any incidents / accidents and hazards are duly reported.
Advise the WHM / Pick and Pack Shift Supervisor of any problems.
Process and pick orders with the utmost care and accuracy, package correctly and despatch on time in line with customers’ requirements.
Provide out-of-hours support as required.
Attend training courses deemed necessary for this position
Ensure all safety precautions as detailed in the Health and Safety procedures are taken and that safety equipment is in good order and used at all times.
Assist with the organisation and stock rotation of all products held within the department, supporting stock checks and validation.
Ensure that stock and work areas are maintained in a clean, tidy and organised condition.
