The Service Sales Representative will develop, manage, and maintain a client base for the commercial repair division. The role focuses on acquiring new accounts, sustaining existing relationships, and promoting the company’s roofing services.
- Develop and manage commercial repair accounts
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Communicate services and maintain client relationships
- Consult on roofing system repairs meeting industry standards
- Represent company at trade shows and industry expos
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking
- Use Salesforce daily for account management and proposal development
- Document roof conditions with BOX for proposals
- Attend sales meetings and manufacturer training seminars
- Estimate roof conditions and perform core cuts when needed
- Provide operations team with project support information
- Assist with receivables for assigned accounts

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma, with college education preferred, and one year of related sales experience. Fluency in English and a valid driver’s license are required.
Applicants should be comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Salesforce, and estimating software. Strong written and verbal communication, an outgoing and confident personality, and a motivated, professional attitude are essential.
The position involves frequent ladder work, climbing roofs, and handling materials up to 50 lb, requiring physical stamina, balance, and the ability to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
