Description

Working closely with the regional team using a coaching style to ensure leadership behaviours are always exhibited
Identifying and implementing specific lean projects
Updating the regional team on current performance versus targets
Working on the delivery of targeted projects and recommendations for efficiency improvement and through the regional managers, implement sustainable improvements within the regional businesses
Providing technical guidance to Regional Management around the use of appropriate tools and techniques
Maintaining an effective awareness of the current best practices in development and in use
Engaging with all levels of the business to identify improvement opportunities, champion and implement national initiatives ensuring the use of Continuous Improvement tools to enable business improvements
Promoting the use of data to drive challenging performance conversations within line management. Coach and facilitate where necessary, dashboard reviews at all levels of the business
