The Senior Analyst, Generation Operations – Delivery supports Invenergy by managing the intake, delivery, and operational handover of IT infrastructure and business services for existing and new generation sites. The role works with cross‑functional teams including business stakeholders, IT staff, and third‑party customers to design, build, and improve technology implementations at generation facilities. It contributes as a senior lead to align business requirements with appropriate technology solutions.
The position aligns Generation Operations project management with business plans, leads stakeholder teams, defines and streamlines project milestones, and acts as an escalation point for IT delivery issues. It oversees project artifacts, budgets, schedules, risks, and scope, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with SLAs. The role also develops a repeatable delivery framework, supports long‑term technology roadmaps, and provides high‑quality communications and mentorship to other project managers.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business operations, or a related field, and at least five years of project management and IT infrastructure implementation experience in large, global enterprises. Candidates must possess knowledge of architecture methodologies, awareness of emerging technologies, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in teams. Preferred qualifications include three or more years in power generation, distributed control systems, or similar industries.
The compensation range is $115,000 to $140,000 base salary with an annual bonus of 20%–30%, plus benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
