The Manager will take a lead role in property-level analysis, asset strategy execution, and financial reporting, while contributing to portfolio-wide initiatives and cross-functional projects. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who is strong in financial modeling, data-driven decision-making, and real estate operations — and who is ready to step into a more strategic, leadership-oriented position within the asset management function.
As we are a highly collaborative team, this role is on-site full-time, and the successful candidate will be required to work in the office Monday to Friday.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented professional, skilled at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines with strong analytical abilities and a deep sense of accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Strategic and solutions-oriented thinker with sound business judgment, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proactive approach to independent decision-making and innovation.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered an asset.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of progressive experience in real estate asset management, investment, or related field; multi-family experience strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in asset management and assisting in complex projects will be considered an asset.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
