  • Producing governance adherence reports in compliance to the RDM process and the success of the RDM process.
  • Identification and reporting of multinational release and deployment dependencies.
  • Managing everyday interactions with National Release and Deployment Coordinators including escalation management.
  • Ensuring the Release Management process for building, testing, and implementing a change is adhered.
  • Coordinate with the Transition Planning Support process for the scheduling of multinational deployments in the Deployment Calendar (DC).

  • Experience in the development and execution of release, deployment and operational process improvement strategies (inclusive of deployment planning, deployment and cutover testing, full-dress rehearsals, and execution of deployment to production).
  • Similar experience in Defence background working with medium to high volume transactions.
  • Hands on experience in ServiceNow Release and Deployment Management Module.
  • Previous experience with ITIL processes and managing incident, problem, and change management (in particular, high priority incident management).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of a business within a complex program and project environment
