- Interprets construction drawings, specifications, and models to create detailed electrical installation layouts and prefabrication plans.
- Develops 3D models for electrical system layouts, routing, and equipment placement.

- Skill in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Knowledge of project management techniques, including scheduling, budgeting, and workforce planning.

- Strong knowledge of NEC, local electrical codes, and field construction practices.
- Skill in leadership, supervision, and motivating teams to meet project goals.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Technical training or coursework in drafting, BIM, or construction technology preferred.
- Experience managing multiple mid- to- large scale electrical projects.
- Knowledge of prefabrication workflows, modular assemblies, and field installation methods.
- Ability to maintain compliance with safety regulations and enforce best practices.
- High school diploma or GED.
