- Follow safety procedures and wear PPE in designated areas.

- Lead by example in safety and compliance per OSHA / MSHA.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret mine operation data.
- Support compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Collect and analyze site data and maintain accurate records.
- Operate and help maintain field data gathering equipment.

- Coursework or prior internship in a quarry or aggregate environment preferred.

- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s program in geology, mining engineering, mineral or quarry engineering, civil engineering, or related field required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Outstanding problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with MSHA regulations a plus.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
