Field experience with Trimble and Leica survey equipment, including GPS and robotic total stations.
Must pass a drug screen and background check, and maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with company MVR policy.
15+ years of land surveying experience, including extensive work with NCDOT and the City of Charlotte.
Strong self-motivation and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Skilled in survey data management using Trimble or Android-based devices.
10+ years of hands-on experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer (ORD).
Proficient in survey computations and platting using Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and OpenRoads.
Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in North Carolina.
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license prior to employment.
Over 10 years of progressive experience in surveying management, leading teams and overseeing complex projects.
Thorough working knowledge of GPS technologies and their application in land surveying.
