Help develop and deliver training programs and documentation for end users. Backfill frontline helpdesk support when needed from time to time.
Lead a small team of ERP Training & Support specialists, providing mentorship, performance reviews, career/goal setting, and fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
Collaborate with other teams to streamline processes and automate routine tasks for continuous improvement.
Manage system updates and testing cycles, and serve as the escalation point for complex ERP issues.

A strong curiosity and desire for continuous learning in new technology transforming ERP, including improvements in reporting, automation, and artificial intelligence.
Strong people skills and an excellent communicator, fluent in both written and spoken English.
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or accounting. Microsoft Certified Professional qualification is preferred.
Proven experience with implementation and/or configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is required.
Experience providing presentations, analyses, reports, and communicating with senior management and project stakeholders.
Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of direct reports.
Solid understanding of project billing and resource assignment for the professional services industry is an asset.

10+ years of work experience in Accounting, Project Accounting, and/or Financial Systems Management, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
