Conducts constructability reviews
Manages/coordinates multiple trade subcontractors and job site logistics
Support project scheduling
Provides daily updates to Manager of Construction
Records meeting minutes for internal and external teams
On-site point of contact for clients on projects
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence
Provide three-week look-ahead to client
Maintains site records: daily filed reports, RFIs, observations
Monitors and ensures on-site safety compliance and replays needs to EHS department

10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
OSHA 30
Life Sciences experience a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Procore, Bluebeam and Navisworks
Read/interpret engineered drawings and understand construction means/methods
Excellent verbal, written and communications skills
Highly motivated, well organized, and shows professional initiative
Writes a comprehensive scope of work
Strong MEP background preferred
