Progress Reporting: The Supervisor must incorporate all findings and their status into the progress reports, including incidents reports;
Non-Conformity Tracking: The Supervisor must document all non-conformities, notify the Employer, and track their closure;
Oversee Compliance: The Supervisor must verify that all technical and regulatory obligations related to environmental, social, health, and safety aspects are strictly adhered to by the Contractor;
Non-Compliance Reporting: The Supervisor must promptly identify and report any non-compliance issues to the Contractor, demanding immediate corrective actions to rectify any deficiencies, errors, or omissions that do not invalidate the contract;
The Supervisor must conduct on-site safety visits and ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Knowledge of laws and regulations governing occupational health and safety in construction;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Strong customer service skills, courtesy and professionalism;
Proficiency in Spanish is an asset;
