- - Communicate with clients, internal and external stakeholders, and senior management to define project requirements and expectations and secure needed deliverables and questionnaires are completed.

- - Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns or feedback throughout the project lifecycle to make continuous improvements and design processes that are not overly cumbersome.
