As an Associate Engineer – Electrical at BakerHicks, you will play a pivotal role in supervising the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
- Supervise the delivery of electrical engineering projects, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met.
- Act as a technical expert, conducting design reviews and providing peer audits.
- Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the national Electrical team.
- Support commercial aspects of projects including fee monitoring, resource planning, and change control.
- Engage with clients to build strong, lasting relationships and ensure a responsive, customer-focused service.
