Manage all food and beverage operations
Ensure compliance with company standards
Consistently deliver product and presentation based on established recipes and standards
Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to food costs, liquor costs, and payroll
Recruit, manage, train, and develop the food and beverage team
Maximize sales and revenue
Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continued improvement
Maintain accountability for monthly food, beverage, equipment, and supplies inventories
Ensure communication meetings are conducted

Attention to detail, efficiency, consistency, and organization are a must. Ability to multi-task
Reliability, flexibility, and ability to work nights, and weekends on a full-time basis
A minimum of three (3) years of restaurant management experience.
Ability to accurately handle money and credit card transactions
Strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skills
Ability to comply with all health department standards, including certifications
Ability to work under pressure
Knowledge and experience with forecasting, budgeting, inventory and Food & Beverage Cost, and labor management
Must be a self-starter that is willing to motivate and develop team members.
