Our Graduate Programme follows the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) competencies and during the first two years of the programme you will develop your knowledge and skills in different areas of the business through 8 x 3 month placements in core areas such as: design, research, contract engineering, project management, manufacturing, and field services; ensuring that you gain the knowledge, experience and skills required to reach Chartered status by IET.
