Tasks

-Serve as the primary point of contact for select transparency accounts, managing customer and program contracts, and supporting customer presentations. -Participate in trade shows, educational seminars, product training, and customer events to strengthen customer engagement and knowledge sharing. -Drive growth and business development by identifying new opportunities, developing pricing strategies, managing opportunity pipelines, and contributing to the global business strategy for transparency accounts. -Enhance customer relationships by working with cross-functional teams across global customer organizations, including supply chain, procurement, engineering, and product development. -Develop and implement a comprehensive global customer strategy and key account plans aligned with company objectives, maintaining close contact with strategic customers and prospects. -Drive performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, volume, and earnings, while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. -Collaborate with internal plant, operations, and PPG Project and Program Managers to support customer meetings, projects, inquiries, and oversee product lifecycle management.

What You Bring

-Proven expertise in negotiation and contract management, with a strong track record of developing and implementing successful global account management strategies, supported by a solid understanding of sales, financial, and operations metrics. -Only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply -Aerospace specific industry experience strongly preferred. -Five (5) or more years of demonstrated successful experience in a customer-facing role. -Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or other related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience. -Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills enabling effective stakeholder engagement at all levels; proficient in MRP software and CRM systems; adaptable to fast-paced environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities and willingness to travel to support global customers.
