The role is based in Northwest Tucson / Bonita–Avra Valley, AZ and involves supervising a labor crew at an active production site. The supervisor ensures safe and efficient operation of equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and crushers, and oversees blasting activities when required. Maintaining a clean, organized work area and meeting production quotas are central to the position.
Key duties include assigning daily tasks, training new employees on safety and equipment use, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering teamwork and open communication. The supervisor monitors material quality, enforces safety rules, identifies hazards, and promptly reports incidents and equipment issues. Daily reporting of production progress, safety concerns, and maintenance needs, as well as completing required documentation, are also required.

- Complete daily and weekly production and safety documentation
- Perform hands‑on labor alongside crew members when necessary
- Assist in maintaining accurate production and equipment records
