Are you ready to join a global leader committed to innovation and safety? We’re looking for a Supply Chain Scheduler to join our Brisbane team. In this role, you will plan and schedule the delivery of our manufactured products to Orica sites and operations across Queensland.
- To plan and schedule product movements based on manufacturing capability and carrier availability to meet daily customer site demands;
- Champion safety and compliance, maintain accurate transportation documentation, assist with inventory reconciliation, and work to minimize logistics and storage costs.
- You will analyze procurement data and work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, manage risks, and ensure smooth supply chain operations;
- To support the implementation of Business Management and Supply Chain strategies, contributing to operational excellence within the region;
- Manage essential administration tasks, including processing delivery dockets, road freight orders, invoicing, and tracking stock movements across multiple systems;
- You will collaborate with manufacturing plants and carriers to resolve scheduling changes and adapt to dynamic regional requirements quickly and effectively;

This is a fast-paced position that suits someone who is highly organised, enjoys solving problems, and can make quick decisions under pressure. This is based at our Cannon Hill Office (office planned to move to Windsor in early 2025), working on a 7 days on/7 days off roster (shift change on Wednesdays), giving you flexibility and balance.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, carriers, and stakeholders;
- A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering solutions;
- Proven experience in logistics and distribution, including scheduling activities and coordinating product movements (highly beneficial);
- Strong computer literacy, with hands-on experience in SAP or similar systems for inventory and transport management (desirable);
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities;
- Resilient and adaptable, demonstrating flexibility in dynamic environments and strong teamwork capabilities.
- An understanding of SSAN requirements and commitment to compliance and safety standards (beneficial);
