Senior Specialist Sales Support

Description

The Sr. Director, Application Support will manage support operations for multiple cloud‑deployed products, collaborate with engineering and other support groups, and be accountable for meeting service levels, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving continuous process improvements.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from real‑estate agents regarding Equator accounts, password resets, and technical issues.
• Upsell agents’ memberships to provide qualified leads for property listings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the Equator platform.
• Conduct product demonstrations showcasing Equator’s benefits.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales to identify upselling opportunities.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to boost retention.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

The role requires a graduate with at least three years of sales‑support experience in the mortgage domain, hands‑on software application skills, and a hunter mentality to generate and nurture revenue streams.

• Graduate with 3+ years sales‑support experience in the mortgage domain.
• Hands‑on experience using software applications.
• Inside sales or client account management experience, preferably in real‑estate services or cloud‑based web services.
• Skilled in customer service, sales, and handling objections and escalations.
• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Avature, Encore, Salesforce.com, Zendesk).
