The Test Engineer will lead the design, development, and maintenance of test systems that verify electrical, thermal, and performance characteristics of high‑voltage power electronics across prototype, pre‑production, and production stages, ensuring reliability and supporting rapid product iteration.
- Design, develop, and maintain test systems for high‑voltage power electronics.
- Validate electrical, thermal, and performance characteristics across prototype to production stages.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure consistent performance and reliability.
- Define manufacturing test specifications for volume production.
- Collaborate with hardware design and firmware teams to understand product functionality and drive improvements.
- Investigate failure root causes and implement product enhancements.
- Participate in test hardware bring‑up, system debugging, and software optimization.
- Incorporate design techniques for ease of validation and maintenance.
- Challenge ideas using first‑principles reasoning.
- Travel globally to collaborate with facilities and deploy solutions.
