Reporting to the Community Manager, the Assistant Community Manager supports all facets of community operations, from supervising staff and assisting leasing to ensuring tax‑credit compliance and handling financial tasks such as rent collection and budgeting.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of on‑site Assistant Community Manager or leasing experience in multifamily or hospitality settings, preferably with LIHTC experience and CAM/ARM or HCCP certifications, and must be proficient in English.
