- Upholding company policies and procedures at all times
- Supporting the concierge team with day-to-day operations
- Logging incidents and maintaining accurate records in the security log
- Managing access control and visitor sign-ins, including contractors and service personnel
- Monitoring and reporting any health and safety or security concerns
- Monitoring the CCTV cameras around the estate.
- Ensuring all keys are signed in/out correctly and securely stored

- Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident handling of sensitive or confidential information
- Previous experience in a high-end customer service or security environment
- A valid and in-date SIA CCTV License (must be maintained throughout employment)
- Culturally aware and sensitive to the needs of others
- 24 Days Annual leave (Inclusive of Bank holidays)
