You’ll also contribute more broadly to the evolution of our Contact products, supporting a range of initiatives that improve customer and Energy Specialist experiences.

As a Senior Product Analyst at E.ON Next, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the products our customers and Energy Specialists rely on every day. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, from product leads to engineers, to understand challenges, explore innovative solutions and help our Contact products truly shine. You’ll most likely focus on shaping and delivering our emerging generative AI journeys within the IVR, helping redefine how customers interact with E.ON Next.

  • Build strong relationships across teams to champion collaboration and alignment
  • Build expertise in your focus area and confidently guide product decisions
  • Validate and test new technology with our business teams, ensuring it delivers real value
  • Conduct research to explore trends, best practices and innovative ideas for our products
  • Use data creatively to measure success, inform prioritisation and tell compelling stories
  • Mentor and support more junior colleagues, sharing your experience and insights
  • Collaborate with product leads, managers, engineers and business partners to identify, refine, and deliver improvements to our Contact products
  • Translate challenges into well-defined features and actionable solutions

  • You have hands-on experience applying AI or machine learning concepts — ideally in customer experience, contact centres, or conversational/voice applications.
  • A track record of leading complex or business-critical initiatives
  • You have strong communication, translation and presentation skills
  • You understand tech trends and complex delivery pipelines
  • Experience coaching or mentoring team members
  • For all successful candidates. Due to the nature of this role your employment will be subject to a basic DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) check being carried out by ourselves via a 3rd party service provider
  • You have significant experience in technology and/or energy sectors
  • You’re confident navigating data, performing analysis and defining solutions
  • You’re adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and open to feedback
  • You hold a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • You excel at relationship building and stakeholder management
  • Willingness to travel between E.ON Next hubs as needed
  • Experience working in or with a Contact Centre is a plus
  • Leicester - Granite House, Watermead Business Park, Syston, LE7 1PF with travel to our other sites when required.
