The Laborer role supports daily operations at the recycling facility and is essential for maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail‑oriented, hard‑working, and safety‑conscious, and they thrive in an active industrial setting. Responsibilities include general labor tasks such as cleaning, moving materials, basic maintenance, and assisting equipment operators.
The position requires regular standing, walking, reaching, and frequent lifting of up to 50 lb, with occasional lifts up to 100 lb, as well as climbing, stooping, and crawling. Employees are regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, outdoor weather, high places, vibration, and loud noise, and must possess adequate vision for close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
