- Generate Land Entry Notices (LENS) in MapInfo, using data from site investigations and the Land Registry
- Create and apply for traffic permits using MapInfo, Google, and information from field crews
- Identify and prioritise sites for inspection by field crews using MapInfo (GIS software) and Google Maps, based on client-provided data
- Provide performance insights on crews and contracts as required
- Support the continuous improvement of planning procedures and processes within Teamleaf
- Liaise with land and business owners to arrange site access and permissions
- Develop daily and weekly plans for field crews using Teamleaf, incorporating land registry data and approved traffic permits
- Manage incoming site data, including paperwork, electronic site sheets, and photographic records, maintaining accurate datasets and reports
- Coordinate with field crews to ensure efficient scheduling and workflow
- Liaise with external clients to ensure seamless coordination and service deliver
