The role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on diesel engines, booms, electrical systems (including onboard computer troubleshooting), hydraulic systems, brakes, and other basic components. The technician must be capable of servicing hydraulic and conventional cranes, forklifts, tractor‑trailers, and miscellaneous equipment, and must communicate effectively with operators and fellow mechanics.

- Minimum 3 years crane maintenance experience with proven troubleshooting skills
- Experience operating cranes (CCO desirable) and working with Grove, Demag, Link Belt, and Liebherr equipment
- Proficiency in diesel, gasoline, and propane engines and ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Hold appropriate ASE certifications and a current CDL
- Willingness to travel for days to weeks on short notice
- Ability to work safely in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments, including day/night shifts, weekends and holidays
- Creative thinking for continuous improvement and basic rigging knowledge in heavy construction
- Must pass drug test, fit‑for‑duty test, and background check
