From interpreting client requirements and shaping win themes through to drafting compelling content and coordinating multiple stakeholder inputs, you’ll play a key role in securing projects that grow our business.
You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality EOIs and tender submissions across civil infrastructure projects.
- Maintain records in HubSpot and contribute to the content library;
- Collaborate with SMEs, project teams, and subcontractors for high-quality inputs;
- Shape high-quality submissions that win major civil projects;
- Analyse client documentation to identify risks, opportunities, and win themes;
- Coordinate EOIs and tender submissions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness;
- Draft and refine persuasive written content including methodologies, CVs, and project profiles;
- Facilitate submission-related workshops and meetings to maintain momentum.
- Provide quality review and editing support across the submissions team;
- Use your writing and coordination skills to make a real impact;

- Experience with Canva, InDesign, or HubSpot (desirable);
- Exceptional drafting and editing skills with strong attention to detail;
- Be proactive, organised, and collaborative approach to managing deadlines;
- Have a degree in Business, Communications, or related field (highly advantageous).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (essential);
- Proven experience managing complex, high-value bids in the civil, construction, mining, or infrastructure sectors;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
