Community Manager

Description

This is a full-time, on-site Community Manager role located in Corpus Christi, TX. The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of assigned properties, manage leasing activities, ensure resident satisfaction, and maintain compliance with property management standards. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating maintenance, enhancing property value, fostering strong relationships with residents and stakeholders, and driving occupancy goals while ensuring a high level of service and engagement in the community.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to successfully manage daily tasks and deadlines.
• Property management expertise including experience in leasing, maintenance oversight, and operations management.
• Prior experience in property management or real estate is strongly preferred.
• Leadership and supervisory experience to effectively manage and develop property staff.
• Analytical and financial skills, including budgeting, reporting, and understanding property financial performance.
• Proficiency in relevant property management software tools and computer programs is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in communication, relationship building, and conflict resolution to maintain resident satisfaction and team morale.
