The Wiring Technician role involves assembling cabinets by interpreting electrical schematics, cutting and forming wiring, installing components, and completing point‑to‑point wiring. Technicians work closely with supervisors and engineers to resolve diagram discrepancies and ensure all assemblies meet quality‑control standards.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints for AC/DC installations.
- Cut, strip, bend, and form wire, cable, conduit, and tubing for circuit connections.
- Install components and assemble cabinets.
- Perform point‑to‑point wiring using crimp connectors.
- Communicate diagram or order errors with supervisors or engineers.
- Execute assembly following Quality Control procedures to meet standards.
- Maintain high quality and neatness in all work.

Candidates must be highly reliable, flexible enough to work weekends when business needs dictate, and have previous experience with wiring, electrical, or motor‑control systems. The minimum education requirement is a high‑school diploma or GED.
