Description
The Facility Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering high‑quality soft and technical facility services across assigned sites. The role ensures a clean, safe, hygienic, and customer‑focused workplace environment while maintaining service standards, compliance, cost control, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee delivery of soft services (housekeeping, pantry, reception, waste management, pest control) ensuring SLA compliance and quality through regular inspections.
- Manage vendors and outsourced staff, maintaining optimal staffing levels, discipline, training, and performance reviews.
- Act as primary client contact for soft services, handling requests, complaints, reporting, and supporting audits and inspections.
- Implement health, safety, and hygiene standards (5S, ISO, HACCP) and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Control budgets and operational expenses, track consumable usage, and identify cost‑optimization opportunities without impacting service quality.
- Lead FM helpdesk operations, monitoring service request resolution, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement, sustainability initiatives, and support site transitions, mobilizations, and new site takeovers.
