Effective at problem solving while leading by example.
A degree in engineering, architecture or a related field from an accredited university;
Professional Engineering or Architect License preferred;
Experience in Science and Technology projects including data center, mission critical and semiconductor preferred;
Detail oriented and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously;
Experience with mentoring junior staff;
Expertise in constructions administrative processes;
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred;
Team player with an ability to build effective working relationships across multidisciplinary groups;
Effective in coordinating with contractors, architectural teams and consultants;
5+ years of experience in architecture and engineering consulting.
Working knowledge of building components, process, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
