Fitting and Installing Windows, Doors, Molding’s and Hardware
Loading/Unloading of decks, ramps, furniture and other items as needed
Cleaning of Modular Units
Assisting with managing warehouse inventory & shelving systems for the branch
Complete general labor type duties including cleaning, painting and moving units in the yard
Performing Yard/shop maintenance and clean up
Assisting with planning for upcoming projects
Installing Kitchenettes, toilets, and sinks
Requirements

Problem solving abilities
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Comfortable with working outdoors in all weather
Valid Driver’s license and clean driving abstract is required
General, Rough and Finish Carpentry, and Framing
2-4 years of general laborer experience and/or in general maintenance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Floor repairs, including tile work
Fall protection, First Aid Certification and WHMIS an asset
Willingness to travel to customer site within the local service area (some overnight expected)
Must be able to complete physically demanding duties, including but not limited to standing for long periods, repetitive movement
Comfortable using a tablet
Modular or trailer/RV experience would be an asset
Positive attitude, with strong work ethic and team player
Able to pass a pre-employment criminal records check and Drug and Alcohol Testing
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, while juggling multiple priorities and managing deadlines
