property accounting
This role extends beyond traditional accounting, requiring both a technical knowledge of commercial buildings and a deep understanding of property-specific operational factors—such as metering, utilities, solid waste management, and expense allocations—that affect financial performance and tenant billing. The ideal candidate will pair strong accounting acumen with a property-level operational perspective to ensure accurate reporting, precise tenant invoicing, and the overall financial and operational health of the portfolio. This is a full-time, in-office position, not remote or hybrid.
