Benchmark structural design/drafting to identify areas of improvements.
Structural analysis for New platform/ platform modification.
Technical supervision of project designated structural designers and draftsmen in the execution of their duties.
Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Project.
Manage structural engineering design and any design changes within budget and schedule.
Promote cost reduction and productivity enhancing initiatives.

Experience in Jacket design will be an added advantage.
A recognized B.Tech/M.Tech Degree in the relevant discipline or equivalent.
A comprehensive understanding of structural analysis in the areas of dynamic loading, collapse analysis, spectral fatigue analysis, fire and explosion design, dropped object etc.
To produce structural/system models on Sesam GeniE, FEMAP, STAAD-Pro, and SACS. Also, should have fair knowledge in developing the local calculations using spreadsheets/Mathcad etc.
Applicants require experience in working in a structural engineering team within a large multi discipline project team.
Minimum of 5 years of SACS suite of software experience is essential.
5+ years Oil and Gas Industry experience.
Conversant with API, DNV, AISC, BS codes.
Knowledge of writing Java scripts for Sesam GeniE is preferred.
More than 5 years of Experience, min 5 years’ experience conceptual studies, FEED, and detailed design of substructure, deck, and bridges. Offshore projects - Fixed offshore Platforms/ FPSO / FLNG is mandatory.
The role mandates previous experience in minimum facility platform design and including the substructure, topsides and bridges.
