Performance Marketing Manager – Real Estate Portals

Description

This is a high-impact role with direct influence on sales performance, lead flow quality, and allocation strategies for one of Dubai’s most active brokerages.

• Work closely with Sales Managers to align strategy with pipeline goals
• Manage performance across property portals and digital channels
• Optimize listing promotion strategy to maximize visibility & conversion
• Allocate monthly credits to teams and managers based on performance signals
• Monitor lead quality, CPL, and performance trends in real time
• You will design systems, dashboards, and allocation frameworks
• Identify waste, inefficiency, and optimize spend continuously
• Build dashboards & reports for management decision-making
• You will build a science around portal performance
• Maintain close communication with portals to negotiate terms & features
• Run controlled experiments (A/B) to find what really moves the numbers

Requirements

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a data-driven mindset, sharp logical reasoning, and an obsession for ROI to manage our portal investments and ensure every dirham works harder.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• We believe performance thinkers who understand demand flow, lead value, and efficient allocation are the only ones who can manage our yearly budget spend responsibly.
• 3+ years in performance marketing, PPC, or paid digital media
• Able to make clear decisions based on data, not opinions
• Strong analytical reasoning — numbers are your first language
• Comfort building insights from imperfect data
• Familiarity with real-estate portals is a plus (but not required)
