This full‑time position works Monday through Friday, 3 PM to 11:30 PM, and provides supervisory leadership for a manufacturing department at SEL.
- Lead department to achieve production targets and monitor key performance indicators.
- Coordinate communication and product flow with upstream and downstream departments.
- Monitor and coach employee performance, conduct reviews and set goals.
- Drive employee engagement and communicate change effectively.
- Assess training needs and oversee employee development programs.
- Address personnel issues promptly and resolve conflicts equitably.
- Create, update and control department work instructions and reports.
- Provide data‑driven input for staffing and capital planning.
- Promote and assist in implementing safety initiatives.

- Model and teach SEL Values, operational principles and World Class Manufacturing.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated ability to model SEL Values.
- Professional, respectful communication with diverse audiences.
- Strong prioritization, organization, delegation and obstacle removal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes and product flow.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and SEL business systems (Lotus Notes, Dynamics AX, SQS).
- Excellent writing, documentation and speaking abilities.
- Ability to learn new skills and assume additional responsibilities.
- Successful background check and negative drug test.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA).
- Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office and SEL business systems.

SEL offers a competitive salary range of $76,100 – $112,400 per year, based on location, experience and skills, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
