Asset Surveyor

Description

Requirements

• A working knowledge of disrepair, HHSRS and Fitness for Human Habitation, Awaab’s Law legislation, stock condition surveys and protocols.
• Experience of working as Client/Contractor within the sector. Managing Contractors to successfully undertake planned works to occupied rented properties.
• Clear technical knowledge of building pathology with the ability to read and understand drawings, plans, schedules of work and make accurate mathematical calculations.
• Full-time (35 hours, Mon - Fri)
• Experience maintaining accurate records on an asset management system or data base.
• You must be qualified to HNC or above or have demonstrable experience and any relevant qualifications.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and Building Regulations.
• You must have demonstrable experience of effective delivery of major work programmes, preferably within social housing.
