- Responsible for contacting each property owner to discuss the project and proposed equipment placement with customer.
- Discussing the SSUP project details to service customers
- Gaining the customer’s agreement to proceed with the project as planned and acquiring all necessary signatures for easements and acknowledgement forms.
- Coordinate special projects as assigned.
- Customer outreach will also include on-going communication with the property owners and property occupants throughout all stages of the project, in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.

- This individual will primarily be out in the field (outside) in the Miami area
- Prior Customer-Facing Sales/Customer Service experience
- Working under a variety of outside conditions (Hot/Cold, Humid, Inclement Weather)
- Excellent Communication skills
- PPE (Shirt, Vest, etc) provided by the client
- Be able to professionally communicate in person, over the phone and email with customers, staff, and vendors.
- Ability to read and understand construction and engineering plans.
- Requires great customer service and communication skills, as well as purposeful follow up and documentation skills.
- Pants/Jeans and Steel-Toe Boots are required in the field
