Record and minute all meetings and track attendees’ input.
Close collaboration with the construction group to ensure budget and quality execution objectives are achieved.
Develop and maintain design deliverables schedules in coordination with the master project schedule.
Development and issuance of required RFPs for design, engineering, and specialty consultants. In consultation with the development group, operating partners, and outside consultants, develop the project program and basis of design.
Track and approve invoices based on consultant percent complete and deliverables.
Produce comprehensive leveling documentation for proper recommendations concerning competitive design fees, including both cost and man-hour estimates as applicable.
Establish agendas for design meetings, track action steps, and administer follow-up.
Preparation of consultant contracts in consultation with the legal team.
Identify and maintain all timelines related to the building department or any other government agency having jurisdiction.
Collaborate closely with the development team so that documents are delivered and evaluated within established timelines.
Monitor the production of design drawings to ensure all relevant construction information is included throughout the design phases and is closely coordinated with onsite construction activities — the goal is 100% complete, coordinated, and correct documentation.
Close collaboration with the sales, leasing, and marketing groups so that sales/leasing objectives are achieved through design, and with operating partners so that all supporting spaces and requirements are achieved through design.
Implement, coordinate, and execute the design process through project completion and move-in.
Oversee the analysis of fundamental building systems (foundation, structural, building envelope, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, technology) to select the optimal combination to achieve the project mission.

Bachelor of Architecture and 2 years of experience as an Architect.
Strong project management skills, including scheduling, meeting management, and tracking deliverables.
Demonstrated knowledge of building systems, construction documentation, and code compliance.

Experience managing multidisciplinary design consultants, including engineering, architectural, and specialty teams.
Experience coordinating design phases from concept through construction administration.
