Helpdesk & Communication: Respond to helpdesk calls within the required timeframe, create case IDs, and update team leaders, engineers, managers, and clients on work progress and closures.
Site Inspections & Investigations: Conduct walkthrough inspections in cleanrooms, labs, and offices, identify defects, and use M&E drawings for on-site investigations.
Incident Management & Ad-hoc Tasks: Generate accurate incident reports for breakdowns, update stakeholders via email/WhatsApp, and complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors and managers.
Monitoring & Reporting: Inspect lifts daily, monitor alarms for BMS, Fire Alarm, and M&E systems, record and analyze electrical, BTU, and water consumption, and report anomalies promptly.
