  • Delivering approved training materials clearly and effectively to a diverse audience.

  • Leading classroom-based and scenario-based sessions with a strong focus on fire watcher training, IOSH accredited programmes, industrial safety, and emergency preparedness.
  • Managing training schedules and maintaining accurate completion records Working with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with project needs.

  • Has an understanding of, or an interest in, training delivery in fire watcher duties, safety and emergency preparedness.

  • Has basic IT skills (Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote).
  • Works well in a team and is solutions-focused.
