The Operations Manager role directs daily facility services, ensuring safe, efficient, cost‑effective delivery to clients and occupants. It supports field operations, tracks performance metrics, and collaborates with other managers to maintain consistency across regions while streamlining projects and processes.
Day‑to‑day duties include communicating owner/landlord processes, updating policies, identifying safety hazards, managing refrigerant compliance, tracking business reporting and SLA performance, handling work orders in Corrigo, overseeing technical team staffing and development, and participating in recruiting and onboarding.
The position requires a high school diploma, seven years of technical building‑engineering experience with packaged HVAC, refrigeration, strong organizational and management abilities, a valid driver’s license, EPA universal certification, and excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Preferred qualifications add 8+ years experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, HVAC system design knowledge, and strong business communication.
