We are seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee all maintenance aspects of an Atlanta property, ensuring it remains safe, functional, and clean. The role involves engineering tasks such as HVAC and drywall, inventory management, and communication with residents and guests, with a rotating schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
